While the concept isn’t new, the FORMULA I personally
use to build my passive profits empire is very unique...and it works (just ask
my students!).
Okay, here’s where I have to give you my compulsory legal
disclaimer...
I am NOT guaranteeing you will have the same results
as me. What I’m doing is sharing with you the results I’ve personally received,
telling you how I achieved them, and showing you examples of what is
possible if you get the same results. It’s possible you won’t make any money at
all. However, I am a firm believer that action produces results, and feel
(that’s "feel" and not "guarantee") – as long as you take action – you
will get results, even if they are smaller than what I share here in this
report.
Whew! Now that the legal mumbo-jumbo is out of the way,
here are the nuts and bolts of what I do. First of all...
I Don’t Try To Make Millions Of Dollars
From Just One Website...Instead,
I Build Multiple Websites
My goal is to earn an average of $10 per day from each
website. I know that doesn’t sound like a lot, but it can add up very quickly.
Here’s the math...

If you build 10 websites, each earning $10 per day...that adds up to
$100 a day –
or $3,000 a
month – in profits.
Are you excited yet? Well, hold onto your seat, because you
ain’t seen nuthin’ yet! Here’s the "Plan" that will allow you to retire after
just 1 to 2 years...

If you build 1 website a week for a year – taking 2 weeks off for
vacation –
you’ll have 50 websites built at
the end of one year. If each website averages just $10
per day...that adds up to
$15,000 a MONTH in profits!
And, remember...this is completely PASSIVE income...
You Build A Website, You Walk Away,
And
You Forget About It...You Don’t Have To
Do Another Thing With That Website,
Except
Deposit The Checks!
Now, there are a few important points I need to make here:
- I don’t limit my websites to only $10/day...some
of my websites will make more and some will make less. But, I aim for
$10/day per site as my minimum financial goal.
- Using my model, you’ll only need to work a year or
two to be set for life!
- This is NOT a get-rich-quick scheme or a quick
fix! It can take 2-4 months to see the money start trickling in (by trickle,
I mean 21 cents or $1 a month). When you see this trickle
begin, you know the search engines have begun indexing your webpages.
- It can take an additional 4-6 months to see the income
build to a steady stream (to me, a steady stream is $5-$10/day per website).
This happens as your webpages increase in the search engine rankings.
- If you want to take a more active approach, there
are things you can do to reduce the time it takes to begin earning
profits.
What I want to stress MOST is this...

So, what’s my formula for building these "walk-away
websites?"
- I build websites in a very specific way...a way that
requires no upkeep from me at all. That means:
My websites are built to attract
visitors for FREE from the search engines. Once I’ve completed a website...I walk
away, forget about it, and build another one.
- Although I do use adsense on certain pages of my
websites, I don’t try to earn all my money from adsense. My goal is to
earn money every time someone clicks a link on my site. To do that, I
incorporate a minimum of 3 to 5 income strategies in every website I build.
Here’s an example of 3 income streams I might combine to monetize one
website:

affiliate program

informational product
-
Adsense
advertisements
- I offer a newsletter subscription at each website, and
set up an autoresponder that contacts subscribers on a regular basis with
special offers. This increases the number of first-time and repeat sales
made by my visitors.
- I include a TON of relevant content in each website.
While everyone is so worried about the search engines de-listing their
websites, I’m laughing all the way to the bank. Even my oldest sites that
were very obviously built with page generating software are still listed in
the search engines and earning money every month. Why? Because of the
content on the site!
But, you haven’t even heard the best part yet...
While most affiliate marketers spend 2 to 4 months to
build this type of high-content website...

When the search engines look at your site, they
ask this question:
"If all the links and advertisements that earn
money are removed, is there anything left on that website that
provides value to a visitor?"
If the answer is "yes," then your website is
safe.
THAT’s why it is so important to have a
ton of relevant content on your site!

One Last Money-Making Tip Before I Go...
The internet is still in its infancy, and things change
very quickly. When new technology emerges, or the search engines change their
algorithms, I never look back.
As I mentioned earlier, NONE of my websites – no matter how
old they are (and some are pretty old) – have been de-listed or stopped earning
money.
I’ve found it’s a waste of time to go back to old websites
and tweak them for what’s working best now...especially since what works best
today may not be what works best tomorrow.
So, I leave my old websites alone and let them do their
job of putting money into my pocket every month. And, I apply the most
current technology and techniques to the new sites I build.
